MILEX 23 exercise, involving 2,900 military personnel from 19 countries, is the focus of issue 14 of the English edition of the Spanish Defense Magazine. This issue covers the maneuvers carried out in Cádiz, coinciding with the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, and represents a further step in the development of the so-called Rapid Deployment Capacity (RDC) of the EU.
